Anjel was trained, inspired and certified in Education, Yoga and Pilates etc by many professional organizations, practitioners and trainers ... the RSA and YMCA in group fitness, aerobic dance and weight training, also in Aqua fitness, Spinning and Stretch.
Also trained and certified in 'Chi Ball' by the creator of the method, Monica Linford 1998 and 2001, (Yoga, Qi Gong, Feldenkrias, and Pilates) and studied under John Friend, Desiree Raumberg, Jill Everett, Jenni Fox, Paul Gould, and Noah Maze to more fully inform you in yoga teaching in the wonderful style of Anusara yoga.

Chi Ball teaches us so much and is wonderful for all ages.

Based on the 5 elements of traditional Chinese medicine we work in Qi Gong for opening (WOOD) Aerobics for AIR, Yoga for FIRE, Pilates for Earth, and Feldenkrias techniques for METAL benefits.
What do I expect from a session of Chi Ball?



Chi Ball class lasts form 1 hour to 90 mins
5 sections

*1. Tai Chi/Qi Gong -
Cleansing, rejuvenating - working gently thru The Meridian system

*2. Chi Ball Qi Gong aerobic Dance - generates energy, yin/yang movement detoxifies, increases circulation & oxygen supply


*3. Yoga - for strength, flexibility, concentration, balance and better energy flow


* 4. Pilates - develops core strength, muscle tone, supports the spine, stabilises the shoulder girdle and pelvis etc.


* 5. Feldenkrais Method - visualization, repetive rocking, opens the joints, cultivates listening to SELF - letting go of stiffness for new and better healthy bodies


* 6.Deep Relaxation after exertion induces calmness of mind/body and healing - through alignment, deep breathing / new breathing habits, meditation and a clearer spiritual connection.

What happens in Body-Free session?


Body Free is movement / yoga class up to 90 minutes of inspired effort and guided relaxation.
Involves lots of color visualization and fun. Is gentle but effective work out and a lot more besides as you are inspired to reach in and connect with your most joyous spirit.

Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong and imagination feature in the unique fun Mind Body format.

For Body Free class or 1-1 session as well as 1-1 Mind Body training, semi private sessions or classes in Pilates, Yoga, Body-Free and Chi Ball you will need

bare feet,
comfortable fitting layers of clothing,
a mat or pad,
warmer coverings
eye covering optional for relaxation.

For Chi Ball or Body-Free workshops where you will take notes and receive hand outs bring a pen and paper.
